Spacious Double with Private Living Room

Room to rent / Buddy up!!

I'm currently renting a beautiful two bed, three storey house in central Henley and I'm looking for someone to share with...it's a bit too expensive to manage on my own!

You would have your own private living room which has it's own private staircase leading up to a good sized double bedroom which is set on the top floor. There is only communal use of the kitchen and bathroom.

The rooms are furnished and boast a brand new mattress, sofa bed, rug and dining set - although I could also rent the rooms unfurnished if you'd prefer.

The house is extremely tidy and well presented and is perfectly situated for all the local amenities.

About me: I'm a young professional who is polite, friendly, quiet and tidy. I have one black labrador x who is very friendly, although he is not allowed upstairs, so he would not go into your rooms.

I'd like to share with someone, like minded who is friendly and who I can get along well with but who also appreciates us each having our own space in the house.

In order to be eligible for the room, you'd have to be in employment and able to pass the landlord's letting agent checks.

The rent is £645pcm all inclusive.

Sorry but I will not consider renting to a couple.
