Large furnished double bedroom with en-suite on top floor available (Mon-Thurs evenings, will also consider 2/3 nights a week with reduced rent), bills included. Television in bedroom included with Freeview and Netflix.

We are a professional couple (both teachers) looking for a friendly tenant to rent the top floor bedroom. Tenants must be clean and tidy and happy to live with animals as we have 2 cats and a dog (all of whom stay downstairs in the living room).

We are located in Horspath which is ideal for Mini/BMW plant, Cowley, Headington hospitals and City Centre. There is a bus service that runs into the City Centre.

There is a local Tesco/Aldi/Asda all 5 minutes drive away. Our house is located within a 10 minute walk of Shotover Woods.
