There are 2 beautiful, spacious, sunny double rooms available with large bay windows and stripped wooden floors, recently redecorated in white. We are a friendly household, located near local shops and with quick access to the ring road. Its about 15 minutes to cycle to the town centre or 10 minutes on the bus with the bus stop 2 minutes walk away from the house.
There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and second toilet downstairs.
There is unrestricted parking outside the house, a large garage for storage and a large garden at the back of the house.

We are looking for 2 easy going, friendly tenants who are respectful, tidy, relatively quiet but sociable too, and know how to care for a friendly home.
