THE HOUSE
The house is nicely decorated throughout, and has just been re-carpeted.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed and bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 desks and bookcase so tons of storage! It has has wired and wifi broadband, telephone point and digitv aerial point as well.
The sitting room is equipped with Virgin TV/TiVo and surround sound, kitchen has normal white goods + washer/dryer and dishwasher. Netgear 152m Broadband, the fastest you can get!
Parking is available for those with a car and there's a place for bikes. It is about a 10 min bike ride to Carfax, but there's regular buses too (the 3).
There is a lovely back garden which is great for BBQs or just lounging with a book in the summer.
Bills are shared and come in at £115 a month currently, but can change a bit depending on the season.
The landlord requires a credit check and references before moving in.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES
Two girls currently live in the house - one in archives and one in publishing. It is quite a sociable house and we often sit together for dinner or with a cup of tea/gin and a good Netflix series. We both work in Oxford and both have recently moved here - and are quite happy to explore some more pubs!
