Double room in Friendly house near city center

We are looking for a new house mate to fill a good size double room that has become available in our 6 person house. The House is located a 15 minute walk to the town center with a bus stop a minutes walk away from the house for longer journeys. Additionally the pubs and shops on Cowley road are a short walk in the opposite direction.

We are looking for working professionals that will fit in with the relaxed atmosphere of the house. We consist of a mixture of professions and back grounds.

The are bills on top of the rent and include council tax, utilities, TV and internet.

The house has 2 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, so basically you will be splitting them with only 2 people :)
