Comfortable ground floor double near Iffley fields

I wish I could stay in this room but a change of circumstances means I have to let someone else have it now.
It is a lovely and homely double room on the ground floor of a good sized terrace house in the well-thought-of neighbourhood of Iffley fields. The room has lots of built-in storage and a chest of drawers, a nice bed, a desk and a good office chair. The rooms all have sinks, which is an old fashioned touch but is actually really convenient. Three great pubs (The Chester, The Magdalen arms, The Rusty Bike) are within a stone's throw, as well as several local shops and Cowley road is a five minute bike ride away.

You can relax in the living room, there's two sofas and a TV and sound system, and there's enough space to yoga.

The kitchen is very big with lots of counter space and storage space, a gas hob and electric oven, and a dining table, and windows on tow sides letting in loads of natural light for houseplants. There's also a washing machine and a tumble drier.

A back door in the kitchen opens into the sizable garden which has become something of a project which you are welcome to pitch in on if you are interested. There will be vegetables and strawberries growing throughout the summer to look forward to, and there's lots of space to sit outside on sunny days or hold a barbecue.

Upstairs there's a bathroom with a shower over a bathtub, a sink, a mirror and a toilet.

The other housemates, Steph, Catherine, and Luke are sociable and warm hearted and made me feel very at home, as I am sure they will do for you.

Bills are around £70 pcm on top of rent including internet.
