Lovely furnished en-suite room in a shared house of friendly working professionals. The house has two lovely large kitchens, both fully equipped and shared with 5 other working professional housemates. It also has a large shared garden with a communal decking area. It is in a brilliant position, just off the Iffley rd having local shops, pubs and restaurants all within just a few minutes walk and oxford city centre being just 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively there is a direct bus or cycle route. All utility bill are included in the rent. We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy housemate. minimum stay of 6 months. One month rent deposit required.
