Lovely home with a dog

We live in a lovely, spacious home off Iffley Rd within walking distance of the Magdalen Arms, The Chester and Green Routes, as well as green spaces like Aston’s Eyot (all places we regularly frequent). Sadly, one of our beloved housemates is moving out so we are looking for a new person to share our home.

We are all professionals; a teacher, a bookseller and, one of us working from home, a therapist. We also live with a black Labrador, Olive. She is a dreamboat.

We would love to meet people who are interested in hanging out as a house. We spend time together both in the house and outside. we are fans of watching tv together, reading books, going out for dinner and drinks.

The double room is situated on the ground floor at the front of the house. The shower room is on the ground floor and shared with one other housemate.

There is a really comfortable and cosy sitting room, two bathrooms and our kitchen is really spacious with a nice little area at the bottom to chill out. There is a sunny patio outside with room to sit out and a clothes line.

There are bike racks and the city centre is 10 minutes ride away.
