A large double bedroom in our great 5 bedroom share house in Iffley is available. The bedroom has a double bed , wardrobe, desk, two large chests of draws, and bedside table. Rent includes all the bills!

The bedroom has a large window overlooking the backyard and garden.

Very nice, leafy, quiet area. Current tenants 2 females and 2 male who are all educated professionals working in the science/health care fields. We are looking for a quiet and considerate housemate who also likes a chat and some socializing (without lots of parties). Someone happy to do their share of the cleaning too.

House comes with mod-cons, including pay TV and fast wireless broadband. House has 2 bathrooms and another toilet, plus a modern kitchen, dining/lounge room, and yard with patio. There is secure bike storage (in our attached garage). The house is strictly non-smoking, aimed at professionals (mature grad students considered). House comes fully furnished.

Rent is 750 per month, plus 1 month deposit.

Rent includes all bills. Room is available from the 21st of Feb.
