The house has 3 bedrooms, a cosy lounge, south west facing garden with decking and outdoor table and chairs, a kitchen with washing machine. The advertised room has a desk, wardrobe, drawers and a double bed.
The room is for one person and it’s available from 1st December 2024, flexibility on moving in is available. Current tenant will be travelling around the world and has lived here since April.

There is plenty of on street parking right outside the house (permit needed) on a quiet road.
We have good broadband wireless coverage in the house and garden.
