The house has 3 bedrooms, a cosy lounge, south west facing garden with decking and outdoor table and chairs, a kitchen with washing machine. The advertised room has a desk, wardrobe, drawers and a double bed.
The room is for one person and it’s available from 15th August 2026, flexibility on moving in is available. Current tenant will be travelling around the world and has lived here since July 2025

There is plenty of on street parking right outside the house (permit needed) on a quiet road.
We have good broadband wireless coverage in the house and garden.

1 min walk to buses to town centre (10 minutes bus ride into town)
1 min walk to The Jolly Post Boys pub
2 min walk to Florence park
5 min walk to a Pure Gym and nearby stores including Sainsbury’s, Costa, TK Maxx

20 min walk to Iffley Road sports centre (pool & gym)

Here's some info about the me: I’m originally from Thailand, born in London. I moved from London to Oxford in 2007 and I work in marketing for an urology Med tech company. I spend my spare time on the mountain and sea based adventures (surfing, mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding).
