Good size single bedroom, available Mon-Fri , or for part of the week only, in a friendly, quiet, well maintained shared house. The rent includes all bills.
Comfortable warm single bedroom, new mattress, wood bed frame, chair, chest of drawers, clothes rail, wardrobe and book shelf.
There is a shared bathroom with a WC, thermastatic shower over bath, with good water pressure and instant hot water, and there is another WC by the kitchen. There are also ensuite bathrooms.

The other lodgers are professionals and academics working in 9 to 5 jobs, and work from home for some of the week, it is fine to work from home.

The house is well maintained and tidy.
There is a sitting room with comfortable sofas, which adjoins the kitchen / diner; and a large, well equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has a new Bosch washing machine, a large Bosch fridge and separate freezer, and an under counter fridge, and a seperate under counter freezer, and a large range stove, with a 5 ring gas hob, and 3 electric ovens and there is a microwave.
The sitting room opens onto the garden which is south west facing , and has an outdoor table and chairs, and a hammock. The garden has beautiful views, and nice trees and plants.

The house has a gas central heating, Worcester Bosch green star combi boiler, and instant hot water, and is double glazed and draft proofed.
The room offered includes all bills: Virgin broadband gas central heating, electricity, water rates, council tax. The house is non-smoking.

Iffley has a nice well stocked community shop, and you can collect and send parcels from the Iffley community shop. The community shop has food, and other household essentials, and there two nice pubs which serve good food, and a village hall which has film nights, music concerts, talks, yoga, pilates and other classes.
It is a short walk from the house to the river Thames. It is possible to walk or cycle to the city centre along the Thames path, or go down river to the countryside.

The bus stop on the Iffley road is 7 minutes walk from the house, and there are frequent number 3 buses are direct to the city centre, Oxford high street and to Oxford train station. The ST1 bus to the Harwell campus , is also 7 minutes walk from the house.
There are Sainsburys, Tesco and Co op supermarkets nearby in Cowley and Rose hill, and there is a post office at the Rose Hill co op. The Cowley shopping centre is nearby.
