About the house:
The house is a spacious HMO licensed property rented from a private landlord. The shared areas include a living room, well-equipped kitchen, two toilets and one bathroom. It also has a large garden and a garage to store bikes.
About us:
We are all friendly, easy-going professionals. We like to socialise and are often up for a pint, nice dinner or even movie night. We also like playing sports, such as tennis, kayaking and biking, and like to enjoy Oxford!
When work requires, we enjoy the calmness of the house and focus in our space to get things done and have a nice place to relax.
About you and who we are looking for:
We have a good dynamic and are looking to continue that way. So, we are looking for a laid-back professional to take over my room. Obviously, we are looking for someone who is clean, will take care of the property as much as we do and respects our private spaces. But also, a friendly person who will enjoy the same social setting as we do.
