First floor double room available from 15th July in a houseshare in the ‘aggressively friendly’ Iffley Fields area.
The room is southwesterly facing and looks onto the garden. It’s the largest room in the house and has double bed, sink, two built-in wardrobes, and desk.
The house also has a bathroom, kitchen (ft dishwasher and tumble dryer), a shared living room and lovely garden. The house is on a quiet road near the Chester pub, very near the Kidneys. Cowley Road is very walkable, as is town and Temple Cowley.
Your housemates are Catherine, Niall, and Elly. They work for the university in history, in a college library, and another is doing a doctorate in English. We mostly do our own thing but everyone's very nice and friendly and up for a chat. They are all great to live with, and I'm very sad to be leaving. I’ve been in the house for about 3-4 years so can vouch for it being a great place.
Rent is £605.7/month plus approx £100-10 in bills (council tax band E, gas and electric, wifi, water). Our current contract runs until the start of August with the option to renew and everyone’s intending to stay on. It's managed via a letting agency who are good and have always been quick and responsive.
