Room for rent in a 5 bed sharing house on Iffley

Hello everyone,
I am listing this room since I will be moving out of the house soon due to work. I am looking for a a tenant to occupy my room for last 2 months. I have been a resident of this place since last year.

The property has a common kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dryer, washing machine, microwave for use. The bills are not inclusive and add up another 85 pounds a month on your rent approximately including electricity, water, gas and council tax . Coucil tax is a band D.

Furniture includes a table, chair, bed with mattress, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe.

All occupants are recent graduates, we don't mind if you smoke just use the patio or front parking area. Since the household contains only vegetarians we would prefer the same although it's open to discussion.

There's a bus stop for 3, 3A and X40 right outside and we also do have car parking for 1 free of charge.
