You will have the entire house to yourself for a lot of the time: my husband and I travel often for his work. I am therefore looking for a very responsible and conscientious lodger, somebody who I can trust and somebody who is able to help to take care of the property with basic maintenance, e. g. mowing the lawn and keeping common areas clean.
Very strictly SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY: professional or post-graduate females are also very strongly preferred, based on past experience. No smoking, no pets. 12 months minimum occupancy.
Written references (past tenancies, and/or professional) required.
