Lovely sunny and bright double room

A lovely sunny double room is to rent for a female professional/student. You’ll have access to living-room, kitchen and our lovely garden. I work from home 3 days a week. There are two toilets in the house but there is one bathroom only. I have a small child and a small junior dog. I am looking for someone who is respectful and clean. You must like children and dogs. The dog can go anywhere in the house without restrictions and so the child. If you drive you can park your car on the driveway. The room is for strictly single occupancy and no boyfriends/friends staying overnight. The room is for short-term only 3-6 months or less. We are friendly and welcoming.
