Lovely sunny and bright double room 11.11-20.12.24

A lovely sunny double room is to rent for a female student/professional. Bills included. You’ll have access to all communal areas including our lovely garden. I work from home most of the week. There’s a bathroom with a combined toilet and a seperate toilet in the house. I have a small child and a small junior dog. You must like children and dogs and be respectful, friendly and clean. The dog can go anywhere in the house without restrictions and so can the child. If you drive you can park your car on the driveway. The room is for female only and strictly single occupancy. No family/boyfriend/friends staying overnight. The room is for short-term only 1-2 months maximum. We are friendly and welcoming.
