3 bedroom fully furnished house with garden on quiet side street off the Magdalen Road. I am looking to rent out both double bedrooms to professionals. One double bedroom is first floor street facing not en suite. The second double bedroom is in the loft and is en suite. It's up steep paddle stairs - see photo. The third bedroom has a single bed and a desk and can be used as a study - I plan to keep it unoccupied. The house has a garden with garden furniture. Parking permit for on-street parking can be applied for if required. I am planning to put the house up for sale in April 2025 and ideally would find people keen to live in the house for at least 6 months but who are flexible beyond this. Even if the house sells quickly it will likely be a few months longer before completion. I'm open to short term lets.

The house is in a great location being just off the Magdalen Road. It's a short walk into the centre of the City or cycle up to Headington - ideal for University employees or hospital workers. Close to great pubs and coffee shops on Magdalen Road.

I am a live-out landlord living close-by.
