Double room available on Rose Hill

Hello, I am posting this on behalf of my housemate who is leaving at the start of October. I am taking over his room so I am looking for someone to move into mine. We are a group of four working professionals living together, 3 males (one of them being the guy that is leaving) and 1 female. The atmosphere of the house is friendly and social, we enjoy a good conversation but also value our own space. We are all different nationalities and professions (research assistant in psychiatry, chemical engineer, research scientist). We have 2 bathrooms shared between 4 of us. A good sized garden that is nice to sit in on a sunny day, garage that is ideal for extra storage and a driveway to park your car, if needed.
