Cottage to let in Iffley Village

We are leaving our 2-bedroom house in Iffley Village, and are looking for someone to take over our tenancy. The house is available from mid-December. The tenancy runs until mid-February 2025, and the agency has confirmed they are happy to renew this for another year.

The rent is currently 1525 (without bills) for the entire house. The property is managed by a local agency, and if you´re interested, we will put you in touch with them to progress things and confirm the council tax.

The house is a split-level cottage with lots of quaint architectural details, and a massive garden that comes in handy during the summer. There´s a garden shed with storage space, and plenty of room for bikes. It´s a 10-minute cycle from the city centre, and just a few minutes on bike to Magdalen Road. We´re less than a 5 minute walk from the Thames Path (and lots of foraging spots!), and just a few minutes from both the Isis Farmhouse and Prince of Wales pubs. There´s a community shop next door, and Iffley Meadows just across the road.

The house comes unfurnished. We are happy to leave behind some of our furniture for you if you´d like (sofa, TV, table, chairs, garden furniture, bed frames), or can remove it.
