My house was described by a friend as "immaculate". I have poured my heart and soul into making this a beautiful, spotless and charming home. I am looking to share it with a housemate who can move into the second bedroom.
This house has multiple floors. There is a private entrance on the ground floor, and a kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor. Both bedrooms and a shared bathroom are on the second floor. Having multiple floors has a benefit of additional privacy and space. I am respectful of boundaries and personal space. The house is fully furnished and well stocked with all utilities.
This location has easy access to the city centre. The bus stop is a 5 mins walk with direct and frequent buses to the city centre and rail station. Stores like Coop, Lidl, Sainsbury and TK Maxx are a 5 mins walk as well. You could also bike and reach the city centre in 15 mins. This household is LGBTQ friendly.
Along with council tax and bills, the monthly rent would come up to approximately £850. Our landlord is wonderful and has helped with every request I have made.
I am a researcher at the University, and work from the office during the days. I love playing tennis and badminton, and go for pilates and spinning classes. I also absolutely love picnics and lazuing around to watch TV. I am hoping to find a good and friendly company, and not just a housemate.
