Bright, spacious room available in Iffley

I am sadly leaving this amazing house because I'm moving to London. The room will be available from 5 November.

The house: spacious terraced home on Chester Street (Iffley fields area). Conveniently located in a friendly neighbourhood near Cowley and Iffley roads, green-space (Aston's Eyot) and the river, bus stops, and a comfortable 20 min walk into Oxford centre. Large kitchen, living room, and garden. Plus, plentiful storage space in the basement and a free office room.

The room:
The room is upstairs on the mid floor of the house, facing onto a leafy residential street. It is very spacious and gets plenty of natural light. Furnished with two bookshelves, a small chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. I would also need to pass on the large (very handy) chest of drawers, bed (which also has large drawers), and mattress to the new tenant for an additional £160.

You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate (as the other housemate has an ensuite).

Deposit for this room is £666.66 and bills (gas, electricity, internet, water, council tax) would be on top of rent, and average around £150/month with winter energy prices.

The housemates: You will be sharing the house with two male housemates -- a Spanish engineer, who’s been in Oxford for 5 years, and a British postdoc. Overall, we would like to have a relaxed, social, and respectful home environment.
