It is a very nice house with a large kitchen (2 fridges, 2 freezers, gas stove, microwave, washing machine), cozy living room, one toilet and one shared bathroom, and a big garden. Your room is on the first floor, it has a double bed, and a beautiful view of the garden.

The Fairacres Road area is super lovely, the neighborhood is friendly and quiet. It is 5 mins walk from the river path to town. The nearest bus stop is 3 mins away with direct connections to town. The closest shop is a local coop 4 mins away, but bigger stores (Tesco, Lidl, Sainsburys) are all located nearby. There are cafes, pubs, restaurants and an amazing bakery all in walking distance.

The flatmates are super friendly, we like to hang out, cook dinners together, or watch movies. They are all professionals, so it is not a party house, but we do like a cheeky glass of wine. We like to keep things tidy so we have a cleaning rota.

We are looking for a person to sadly replace me. I loved this house and I hope you will too! If you are up for making some new friends and live in one of the nicer houses in Oxford - this place is for you!

We are primarily looking for professionals due to council tax, but we are open to postgrad students if they are okay with contributing to council tax. Council tax band E.
