Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP. It is a furnished double room- shared student house with 3 girls and 2 boys. The rent is £630 a month + around £50 in bills (excluding council tax (around £150 per month)). You’d need to take over my deposit of £709 also.
It is in a great location on the Cowley Road, just off of Iffley Road. It is an extremely short walk to a gym, pub, bus stop (taking you into town or out to the ring road) and a voi stop. It is far enough from Cowley Road that you won’t get disturbed but close enough you can walk there with ease. It’s also only a 20-25 minute walk to the Brookes university.
