Double room in a 2 bed flat to rent

I'm moving out of my double room in mine and Molly's 2-bed flat and need someone to take over the lease from Feb 10th to August 9th.

Molly is a wonderful flatmate - she's vegan, enjoys pilates, and loves her swanky new hoover (but don't let that put you off). We're looking for a female professional to take over my end of the lease - someone who will help maintain the relaxed, friendly, calm nature of the flat. Molly would like to meet up with the potential tenant before the move-in date just for a vibe check.

The house is a decent size in a good location - 5 mins from co-op, 10 from Templars Square shopping complex - and the room has an en suite with a shower. The water pressure (crucially) is excellent. There's also a parking space with the property which will be free once I've moved out, and there's a cute garden with a little veg patch at the back of the house.

Bills (including council tax, Oxford band B) come to just under £150 per month on top of the £641 rent. The house is furnished with the exception of the bed in the room for rent which I bought - the new tenant would need to bring a bed or we could negotiate my leaving my double behind.
