Cosy good size single room at Florence park

A lovely fully furnished single room for female only is to let. All bills included.

The room is not the matchbox kind but has a good size offering plenty of storage space. The bed and the mattress are new. The house is clean. You will have access to our large garden and living-room dinner. We have one bathroom and two toilets in the house and there is space for your car on the driveway.

We are a friendly and welcoming family of a well behaved 3-year old, myself and our junior doggie, who is a sweetie too and we have a female lodger.

A family friendly lodger would be welcome. We live close to Cowley Road/Cowley centre, you can easily access the river and Iffley fields for walks. Walk to town under 30min, cycle or take the bus or drive. I would consider short and long-term stay as well. Please contact me for further details. The rent is would be reduced, if you are only looking to stay from Monday to Friday.
