There is a room available for working professionals from the start July as part of an HMO Licensed property 4 bed house rented from a private landlord. This spacious house has an upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, kitchen, living room and garage for bike storage. We are also lucky to have a spacious garden. On-street parking permits are available from Oxfordshire County Council.

Located off the Iffley Road and close to the Thames towpath, we are in a great spot near a bus stop, co-op, a short distance from the Cowley Road and a 10-minute cycle into town. We are a sociable pair but appreciate our own space. Both keen cyclists, casual musicians and pub aficionados.

The rooms on the floor plan is 1. The rooms are a larger one is at the front of the house and the smaller one faces the garden.

You will be entering a new shared AST (assured short hold tenancy), 12-month agreement starting 2nd of July. The rent for the whole house is £2650. The share for Room 1 is £705. The share of the deposit will be £500 which will be registered in a deposit protection scheme plus £100 holding fee which will come off the first month’s rent. Current bills are usually about £150 per person per month. Checks and references are required. EPC rated D.
