Large double room in a 3 bedrooms house

Our lovely flatmate is moving in June, therefore, we are looking for someone to take over her room by mid June (we are flexible with dates as far as it is from the 1st to 15th)

We offer a double room (13 m2 aprox) in a 3 rooms in a peaceful and well-located shared house in Iffley. The house has an open plan kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 shower room, low maintenance garden and a storage room as well as a shared walking wardrobe for storage. It is located near Donnington Bridge and Florence Park, within less than 5 min walk to Coop and a bus stop (services 3, 3A, X40 and 46). Besides, the property is close to the buzzing Cowley Road (12 min walk) and Templars Square (20 min walk), and within a 30 min walk to the city centre. Parking space available in the street but permit is required.

The room faces the garden and is spacious. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and a side table. The price is £ 600 per month, bills (internet, gas/electricity, water and council band C) are not included.

About us: We are 2 professional females in our 30s, we are friendly, tidy and respectful, but we also like to keep our own independence as we have our own routines, therefore we are looking for someone similar, considerate and able to respect others independence and space.

Cleaning is something that we really value. We do clean the common areas on a weekly basis following a rota and we like to keep everything as tidy as possible daily, so IT IS ESSENTIAL that you are able to commit to this.
