Im renting the property in OX44SW whilst Im away travelling. The flat is available from 1st of December to 6th of February (flexible)

A newly purchased maisonette with 2 gardens.

It has two rooms (one is not accessible and serves as a storage) and lovely open space kitchen and dining room with living room - newly redecorated.

Kitchen boasts beautiful white quartz and modern and very functional induction hob. It has everything you will need to cook.

There is a vegetable garden at the front of the property. At the back there is charming flower garden with fire pit, gas BBQ and cute fairy lights in the night. The garden gets lovely sunlight throughout the day.

The bedroom is very spacious with king size bed and has french doors to the garden which gets morning light - lovely for a lazy Saturday morning.

Please note that there is no TV but you are free to connect any device to WiFi and there is computer screen available to connect via hdmi.

There free off street parking in the neighborhood.

Throughout the house there are many plants which will remain during your stay and will require watering once a week.

The house is situated in very well connected area in Oxford. Bus stop to city centre is located 5 min walk from the house - buses come often and will take around 15-20min to get to town. Voi scooter stop is also very local. The beautiful iffly locks, river walks and river pubs are 15min walk from the house. For small shopping cooperative shop is 5min walk away. For large shop the biggest Sainsbury's and Argos are located 15min walking away.
