A double room with a private en-suite bathroom will be available from 13th August 2025 for a minimum 1-year tenancy in a spacious and modern five-bedroom house in Iffley Village. The room is on the top floor, offering plenty of privacy.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen and living area that’s great for cooking, hanging out, or unwinding after work. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for added convenience. There's also a shared garden ideal for summer evenings, and a downstairs bathroom in addition to the en-suite. We have a garage where we store our bikes, and there’s a free parking space out front that isn't currently used. The local Co-op is just a short walk away, and the area is well connected to central Oxford by bike or bus.

The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, and after living here for two years, we’ve had no major problems with the house or the area - it’s been a great place to live.

We're friendly and sociable young professionals, all around two years out of university. We enjoy keeping the house relaxed and welcoming, having fun, and we're looking for someone who’s respectful, clean, and happy to contribute to keeping the shared spaces tidy.
