The studio is a newly converted former garage with all planning permissions and building regulations in place. It is finished to a high standard and stylish, and it comes with its own kitchenette, wooden flooring (no carpets) and great ventilation. It is linked to the main property where I (the owner) live with my cat, Evie, but given that the only shared area is a little hallway at the main entrance, there will be complete privacy both for the studio resident and for myself.

I work full time in professional services at the University of Oxford, usually 2 days a week from home. I like keeping to myself but I won’t be a stranger if needed, I will of course be immediately responsive if there are any issues.

The studio is self-contained and it offers approx. 10 square metres surface. It has an abundance of daylight as it is south-west facing and has a skylight in the shower room. The shower room offers approx. 2 square metres surface.
What the studio lacks in space, it over-compensates in quality and location, not to mention that I am a nice landlady ☺️

Situated in quiet residential area with lovely neighbours, close to local amenities, nature and social life attractions: Magdalen Rd, the riverside, Florence Park, Cowley Rd, and bus stops to City Centre, train station, hospitals, and Harwell Campus.

Parking available either on street with resident parking permit, or on driveway, which is usually unoccupied. If you have a car, you will need to register your vehicle for resident parking permission.
Shed available for bike storage. Front garden available to use.

Available for single occupancy only. Long-term preferred. Not suitable for people working from home permanently. All bills included, no hidden costs.
