The studio is a newly converted part of my home, with all planning permissions and building regulations in place. It is finished to a high standard, and it comes with its own kitchenette, wooden flooring and great ventilation. It is part to the main property where I (the owner) live with my cat, with shared front door and entrance hallway only, and therefore it comes with complete privacy.

I work full time in professional services at the University of Oxford, usually 2 days a week from home. I like keeping to myself but I won’t be a stranger when needed.

The studio is self-contained and it offers approx. 10 square metres surface. It has an abundance of daylight as it is south-west facing and has a skylight in the shower room. The shower room offers approx. 2 square metres surface.

Parking available either on street with resident parking permit, or on driveway, which is usually unoccupied. If you have a car, you will need to register your vehicle for resident parking permission. Parking permit costs are not included in the rent.
Locked shed available for storage, including a bike. Front garden available to use.

Suitable for single occupancy only. Long-term, female professionals, and cat lovers preferred. Not suitable for people working from home permanently.

Monthly rent £1,300 includes contribution towards council tax and all utility bills (incl. wi-fi and streaming services) and is non-negotiable. £1,000 deposit. No extra fees. No agencies please.
