It’s on the main bus route via Iffley Road, with quick and easy links into Oxford city centre and out to Milton and Harwell Science Parks.
Nearby, you’ll find Templars square for shopping and the gym, as well as local shops, doctors, dentists, a pharmacy all within walking distance.

I’m 32, a female professional working hybrid with the university. I work in medical research/epidemiology. I've been in the flat for a year already (sharing it with my sister), so I'm looking to replace her occupancy in the other room as she is relocating.
I’m home most days, enjoy my own space, but I’m also very friendly and easygoing. I love cooking, watching movies, and travelling, and I like to keep the flat calm, comfortable, and homely. I've re-decorated it alot since moving 🥰 On most days, I'm cooking or watching TV/Netflix, on the phone with family, or taking lovely pictures.
I’m looking for a housemate — ideally another female professional who’s tidy, considerate, and easy to live/get along with.

Spacious open-plan living/dining area with two sofas, TV table, book shelf, and dining table with four chairs
Modern, fully equipped kitchen – fridge freezer, double oven, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and plenty of storage
Bathroom with Mira overhead shower, white basin, and toilet suite
✨️Cost
The rent for the room is £750 per month (excluding bills). Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, and water) come to around £183.50 per person, but this varies with usage and time of the year.
