Roommate Wanted!

Hiya! Looking for a roommate to rent a flat with on Rose Hill. It's available from early January, with a 1yr+ agreement.

Only requirements are that you're clean, and you don't mind my cat! I've got a ragdoll who's super friendly and is everyone's favourite emotional support animal.

I consider myself pretty easygoing; I feel like I can get along with pretty much anyone. I generally keep to myself and I'm not much of a party animal. Both rooms are ensuite so there shouldn't be any issues. I'm a student so I'm council tax exempt, and it would mean the whole household gets that discounted. You can also feel free to take the parking space!

I'm going to go for an in-person viewing and I'm happy to share more pictures/videos when I do.
