Single Room in Fairacres Road, Iffley Fields

I live in an attractive period terraced house in quiet sought after Fairacres Road, Iffley Fields, close to the river, and beautiful meadow walks (Astons Ayot). The Rowing and Falcon Club and popular pubs like the Chester and Magdalen Arms are also close by. You’ll have a very quiet room at the back of my house overlooking the garden. The room has a comfortable single bed, desk, easy chairs, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is an adjacent bathroom specifically for your use. I have a regular cleaner each week to supply and put on fresh bedlinen and change towels. You will have use of the kitchen with all the usual items including your own fridge. Also a utility room for washing and drying. Please hang out in the kitchen and play piano in the music/garden room! It is around 20 mins to walk into central Oxford. There is also a bus stop at end of street plus a Co-op with a post office close by on the Iffley Road.
