Update: This is 6month Tenancy till June 30th 2026. The housemate will need to vacate the property as the landlord will be selling the house.

We're 3 professional 30 year olds looking for (ideally) a new lady to replace our lovely friend Freya who's moving out soon.

Jake (34) is a coach driver for Oxford Bus Company. Paula (31) is some kind of mysterious scientist. Haseeb (37) is a research scientist.

We love board games, socialising, cooking, baking, live music, playing music, sports activities, and travelling.

We enjoy having 2 men and 2 women in the house, so ideally we'd want a professional lady who's happy to socialise and be part of our makeshift family.

Bills approximately £135.00

The room is smal (2.67m x 2.29m)l and is mostly unfurnished. We would recommend a single bed, but it does accommodate a double bed with limited storage space.

We do have a reasonable amount of communal space for personal items and bikes etc.

There are two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, under stairs storage and back garden.

Street parking only. Bike rail in front garden.
