Double room for rent in Oxford

I am looking for someone to take my room in my flat/house as I am going away on a placement! This would be for 3 months between February and April. You can rent for less if needed.

The room has a double bed, located on the top floor, with very good natural lighting throughout the day. It has all the amenities a room could need: a desk, a comfy chair, a bed, a wardrobe, a hanger, storage, etc...

The overall property is a 5-bed house with 1 bathroom/shower room, 2 toilets, an open kitchen, a living room, garden.

The tenants with whom you'd live are 3 early-career science graduates and 1 PhD student at Oxford. They are aged between 22 and 24 and are all men. Regarding the type of ambience we have in the house, we do enjoy sharing the living room. We have done for example many movie sessions (we have a good TV and soundbar!), had board games nights, chill drinks, cooking together, even BBQ or just enjoy talking about things! We also have a PS5 so do some gaming nights as well.

We keep the flat clean and have regular clean ups (usually on the weekend).

We are happy to have anyone join us, you do not need to join in the socialising in the house if you don't want to, but you are very welcome to!

Price-wise, the room is £545/month, not including bills. Bills are £120 all-inclusive (gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax band E).

The location is very close to the Coop on Iffley Road, with great links to Oxford centre and neighbouring towns. Postcode is OX43BE.
