Room for rent close to river

I will be moving into a house close to the river in the Iffley area at the end of March. I’m looking for someone to rent a room.

About the house - 3 bedroom but one will be used as a study as it’s quite small, open plan kitchen, two large double rooms, shared bathroom with shower and bath, second toilet downstairs, large living room with bay windows, garden with space to possibly grow vegetables, studio flat/studio space at the end of the garden with possibility to use this too, free on street parking. Really lovely quiet area, 5 minutes from the river where you can cycle all the way to town, 5 mins from a coop and close to other big supermarkets etc.

About me: you’ll be renting the room from me and i’ll be living there too - I’m a veterinary surgeon soon starting a specialisation in surgery at a hospital just outside of Oxford and i’ll be working a fair bit, shift work etc so out of the house a lot. I like yoga, cycling, cooking, baking, being outside, early mornings and early nights. I have two very friendly Burmese cats who currently live inside. I am open to pets but they would need to all get on of course!

About you: I’m pretty flexible, main things are needs to like cats cos they’ll want to be your friend!! Not super noisy late at night cos my work can be stressful, I don’t mind if you smoke etc (I smoke 🌱 so no issues there)… wouldn’t mind someone who works from home a bit so the cats have someone to cuddle in the day hehe.
