Large home in Iffley looking for a second tenant

I am a 33 y. o. professional living in Iffley. I am in a family sized home with a lovely garden, and am looking for another person to house share with me. I am open to tenants of any gender - LGBT friendly household for those to whom it is important 😊.

The available room is furnished with two twin beds and cupboards for clothing. Open to removing the beds if someone would prefer to put in a single, larger bed instead.

There is also a well sized study (that could also be used as a yoga space or similar) which is available in case that is of interest, however we would have to negotiate on rent if that’s the case 🙂

A bit more about me: I am a scientist with a background in academia now working in industry. I have recently relocated from Sydney, Australia. In my spare time, I like weightlifting, yoga, journaling, live music (particularly electronic), running and playing chess. Life isn’t particularly boozy for me lately, but I like a drink every now and then too.
