Large, sunny double bedroom in friendly houseshare

I am sadly leaving this beautiful room and amazing house (sometimes you have to bite the bullet and move closer to work!) and my housemates are looking for a friendly and chill individual to join them in the house.

The bedroom itself is large and well-lit, front facing onto the pretty street - it’s a super quiet area, so perfect for relaxing in when you get home from work.
It’s honestly such a bargain for the amount of space you get (especially in Oxford!), it’s a huge room which I’m gutted to be leaving behind.
Sadly none of the furniture pictured will be staying as it all belongs to me but landlord is putting a double bed in for the next tenant.

Shower room (pictured) is only shared with one other housemate and there’s an additional toilet downstairs, meaning you’re never stuck waiting for the bathroom!

The kitchen is huge (washer, dryer and dishwasher!) which makes it great for cooking, and the large garden at the back is wonderful in summer, with lots of feline friends who come to join for cat-naps.

The house has great placement with a bus stop into town and to the train station right at the end of the road. Super close to the Cowley area as well (big Tescos and plenty of coffee shops right round the corner), meaning it’s well connected to pretty much everything you need. But it’s also far away enough from any pubs, so none of the extra noise!

The girls who live here are super friendly and are looking for a pal to add to the mix.
Whilst they are all busy professionals, kitchen hang-outs (sometimes with crafts and always with food) happen often and dinners in or out are always welcome! Please message if you’re interested in an in-person viewing.

NOTES: all bills included in the £715pm rent. I am getting the deposit price from the landlords asap.
Viewings will happen when a couple of us are free to get you guys in. We’re not super flexible so please be aware that if we can’t fit you in then we might not be able to work around your schedule.
