Room to rent in Iffley Field Area

Hello!

I am moving out of my room after 2.5 great years. It is a really great house with a very friendly private landlord who is responsive to any issues!

It is £550/month with most bills included (council tax, water rates, WiFi, and TV license). For heating and electricity it is usually only £40-80 on top of rent which is just split between all roommates. Ideally looking for someone to move in by May 1st however can be as early as the 25th of April.

The house has 4 rooms, so you would be sharing the house with 3 other people who are all young professionals (or a recent PhD graduate).

There are 2 bathrooms - one half bath upstairs and then a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub downstairs (both are shared by all roommates).

There is a really large living space with all furniture in the video included! There is also a good size kitchen. All kitchen things are shared, except you will have 1.5 cupboards that are for your personal things. In the kitchen there is also a washer and separate dryer.

One of my favorite things about the house was the back garden!! It is so nice to sit out in and has a lovely view of the sunset! There is also a garage and loft for storage or locking your bike in.

The house is a great location, with a bus stop a 3 minute or less walk away and Magdalen road just a mile away. The city center is a short bus ride. The river is also quite close which is really nice to walk or run along.
