Large double room to rent in a lovely shared house in Iffley with a group of three professional girls!

We’re looking for someone to join us in our 4-bed house in Iffley. The rent is £750 per month excluding bills, in a two-bathroom house with a gorgeous conservatory, garden and driveway parking.

The house is just off iffley road, a 15 minute walk into cowley or 15 minute bus into town! Lots of cute cafés and pubs you can walk to and you can walk down to the river if you fancy a riverside jog!

It’s a spacious double room on the second floor, the largest in the house, and you'll be sharing with three young professionals aged between 25-28.

We love having a few drinks, karaoke, long runs, cooking, pilates, watching films, and it would be great to meet someone who wants to join in and be a friend as well as a housemate 🌟🎀

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean and tidy✨

Start date would ideally be from the 13th or June but I can be flexible about this if you need to move in earlier! The house is on a rolling contact so there’s no tenancy end date. Please drop me a message if you’re interested 🫶🏼
