Hi there!

We’ve got a lovely furnished double room with private bathroom available in a cosy residential area, just a short walk from the city centre and the Donnington bridge.

Currently, the house is home to three of us, I'm 41 Spanish, and my housemates are 29 from Italy and 60 years old from Russia. We’re alll professionals, tidy, and like to keep things organised. We enjoy cooking and staying active with running, walking, gym sessions, and hiking, so there’s a great balance of good vibes and healthy living here. We also enjoy having a social life, going out, and spending time with friends.

We’re looking for someone who’ll fit right in and share the same relaxed, clean, and respectful approach to living. No special requirements, just keep the common areas tidy and respect each other’s downtime.

The rent for the room is £700 per month, with bills roughly adding up to £100 on top per month. This includes each roughly (per month):

Council tax : £50
Gas and Electricity: £30 - £50
Water: £12 (it's paid every 6 months)

Location-wise, the house is in a great spot! Bus number 3 to City Centre or 30 min walk, Florece Park 5 min walking, Temple Square shopping centre 15 min walking and Donnington bridge 5 min walking.
