Double room in shared top of house

Double room upstairs with new kitchen . Unfortunately I can not actually have a cooker . But there is fridge freezer , A** washing machine and lots of cupboard space. Toaster and kettle.
Great if you eat at work , hate cooking (lots of takeaways close by ) or like salads ! New Shower room .
So you would only have to share with one quiet Italian man who works at Brooks University..
Ideal for a quiet person professional or post graduate ? Maybe you can eat at work or university ?
Very peaceful area close to Iffley lock . Very quick cycle ride to town & close to the science Park.
I live downstairs with my husband & a lovely dog & pay all the bills !
The house is very warm & friendly.
24/7 wireless broadband & a back room so very peaceful & views of the garden & trees. Fully furnished. New carpets in the bedroom and the staircase & landing & the whole place has been painted.
