A double room NOW available

Hi there!!

A couple of housemates are moving out and a double room is going to become available middle September. It is suitable for couples and comprises a double (almost new) mattres and bed base and a wardrobe. The rent is 450 p. c.m. (bills not included) and also 1 month deposit is required. Note that there is no contract and so, there is no minimum stay. If you wish to know bills normally are around 65 pounds per person per month (including water, electricity, gas, internet and council tax). No students sorry.

The house is well located in the Iffley area near Donnington Bridge Road, 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre and 15 minutes to Cowley centre. It is a 4 bedroom house with a front and back garden, large and spacious fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and lightly and spacious living room. We also have washing machine.

You will be sharing with 3 friendly girls in their twenties. We are all workers and want the house to be a place to relax and socialize that is why we keep it clean and tidy at every moment. Smokers not accepted.
