The house is 3 story, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a large kitchen/diner and a 1st floor lounge, with driveway/parking and a garden, it is deceptively large from the inside!
It is located in a small cul-de-sac in the Iffley area and is very quiet.
This room is on the top floor with a skylight window facing the rear so it is quiet, but the whole area is so quiet anyway! It contains a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor is only shared with one other bedroom.
The shared areas are particularly spacious with a large lounge on the middle floor as well as a large kitchen/dining room on the ground floor. There is also a small study and a utility room.
Locally there is a bus route to town but it's not a bad walk (~30 mins), or you can walk down to the river and into town from there. There are two local pubs nearby or alternatively its not far from Cowley road. There is also a co-op only 5 mins walk away.
As we have been long term tenants (>10 years), the landlord is looking for a new "head tenant" to handle and manage filling the additional rooms from December onwards, as well as managing bills etc.
