Spacious double in lovely house with garden

Hello!

I'm moving to London on the 24th of June and looking for a substitute for my beautiful double room, fully furnished.

The living room is huge and has the perfect table for dinner parties. Also everyone told us that the sofa is the most comfortable they've ever tried.

The kitchen is very modern: hobs and oven have been changed last year. The main bathroom is one of the main reasons why I chose this house, you'll see.

Lovely garden, a bit overgrown but maybe you're better than me at gardening.

Your 3 new housemates are: two brilliant postdocs and a publishing professional. They are lovely, clean and sociable and I'm going to miss them loads.

Bills not included but in total they are around £75 (gas, electricity, fast broadband, water, and council).

There's a bike rack and free parking on street if you have a car.
