Double bedroom in friendly flat (Iffley Road)

Hi there!

Our current housemate is sadly leaving us to move back to their home country so we're looking for a new housemate, ideally of a similar age to us, relaxed, friendly and happy to share house chores.

A little bit about us, we are really good friends, like to go to gigs, cook/bake, share meals or go to the pub from time to time and do the house cleaning to fun playlists! We also love a quiet evening at home. It's a good mix between having our own space, spending time together and having friends and family over. It's really important to us that we all feel at home here so it's not just a houseshare!

About the room: It's a lovely, small double bedroom in a first-floor flat on Iffley Road. The room is partly furnished with a built in wardrobe, and currently has a double bed.

We share a kitchen/living room, utility room and bathroom. There is no garden but there is space for bikes right in front of the house, if you have one. There is free on-street parking just outside.

Great location on Iffley Road, not far from the river, shops, lovely cafes, pubs, and the best bakery in town! Literally next to the bus stop, and a 10 minute cycle/30 minute walk into town!

Nb - For council tax reasons we're looking for a professional rather than a student. Bills amount to approx. £150 per month (water, energy, broadband & council tax).
The room is available from 1st August.
