Double room in Jericho, Oxford - amazing location

This room is in the middle of Jericho, ~10 minute walk from Oxford city centre, <10 minute walk to Oxford train station along the canal, and 2 minutes away from Port Meadow for walks/runs. There's a garden for barbecues in the summer, a shared kitchen, and a large shared living area.

I will be moving out at the end of July so am looking for someone to take my place by the 1st August.

There are currently 4 existing housemates, all young professionals in their 20s.
