Double Room for Rent in Jericho

I am sadly moving out of a lovely double room in Jericho in an 8 person house. The room is medium size on the ground floor and the house also has a huge living room and kitchen area which is great for sociable evenings with everyone. There are 3 toilets, 2 of which also have a shower / bath and there is also an outside patio area. Despite having 8 people in the house I've rarely had to queue for the shower or washing machine as 7 of the flatmates are students (so more flexible time-wise) and then one other is a professional.

You are required to pay two months rent for deposit as well as bills but the house is in a fab location with some really great people. It's quite a sociable house but everyone is also considerate of each other and gets on really well. Please let me know if you'd like to arrange a viewing :)
