We have one room available from the 1st of August 2021 in Walton Well road.
Monthly rent is 574 £.
Expenses are about 40 £ per month, council tax will be about 60£. All included, it should be about 650/700 £ per month.
The property is a beautiful Victorian house in Walton Well road in Jericho, a few hundred meters away from Port Meadow. A ten-minute walk and you’re in Gloucester Green or the city centre. We have two fully operational kitchens (one is shared by 2 tenants, the other one by 4, new fridges, 2 washing machines + drier). Two bathrooms (both shared by 3 tenants), and a service toilet. A great living room with TV, a big patio ahead of an agency-kept garden. Visitors are welcome, even overnight / relatives. We are very flexible on this. Obviously in this period we need to respect the law indications, but I think it’s understandable. On street parking permits available.
The rooms are good sized (about 16 sqm), the position, the quality and the spaces of this 4-story house definitely add up. In particular, the entire house carpet, toilet linoleum floor and walls have been replaced for new / repainted less than 12 months ago. Plus, having a big living room makes interactions between tenants easier. A double bed, with a desk, a wardrobe and drawers are the standard furniture, but the agency is very flexible with what you want to keep or remove. Note that the room in the picture is not the one of those available (desk was removed by choice of the tenant), but similar in size.
