We have a double room available in a 4 bed terraced house in the heart of Jericho.
The house is nicely furnished, with a homely sitting room, good sized kitchen and really nice garden. The room is on the first floor and comes with all the necessary furnishings.
We are looking for a professional aged between 28-40 who is sociable and up for the odd house drink, dinner etc.
We are three professionals aged between 32-36 and all relatively new to Oxford.
The house is managed by Lucy Properties and rent is £600 pm, bills are approximately £100 per month and deposit is £450.
We are looking for someone to take the room from 1st November 2020 for the remaining 10 months of the contract.
